If you have ever sat under the teaching ministry of pastor and conference speaker Francis Chan, then you probably know him to be a humble and gifted teacher of God’s Word who is always promoting both a high view of God and a thorough teaching of his whole counsel (every attribute of God and his wisdom). He echoes a love for the Church and a passion for reaching the lost. I had the privilege of meeting him twice — he’s rad.
In his first book Crazy Love, published last year, Chan critiques the American Church in an act of love. He writes as a challenge to those “who are bored with what American Christianity offers. It is for those who don’t want to plateau, who would rather die before their convictions do.” It is a much-needed call for bold action. You’ll enjoy it.
