Josh earned a B.A. in Biblical/Theological Studies from Biola University(La Mirada, CA) and has been serving Jesus for the last two years as the youth pastor of Pacific Coast Irvine. In January 2009, Josh married his best friend Kaitlin, who shares his deep passion for reaching the people of Orange County, where they were both raised. Josh is devoted to using the preached Word, creativity and social media as catalysts for gospel-proclamation.

MATT FORD | Contributing Author
Matt is the senior pastor of Fountain of Life Fellowship (Fountain Valley, CA). He previously served as a Resident Hall Director at Gordon College in Massachusetts and co-pastored a local church while earning a Masters of Divinity and a Masters of Theology at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Matt has been happily married to his wife Marcia since July 2000. They are in love with each other and their three children, Jackson, Emma, and Katy.

Jon is a second-year seminarian at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and an intern in Holy Trinity Church’s ministry training project, the Chicago Plan. MARK DODD | Associate Editor
Mark graduated from Cal State Fullerton with an English degree and is en route to attain his teaching credentials. As a solid defender of biblical truth and its consequent joys, he teaches and leads a men’s bible study and is a huge advocate for one-on-one discipleship. Mark also writes his own music and leads worship.

CHRIS POBLETE | General Editor
After a two-year stint as the Editor-in-Chief of the Orange Appeal, Chris started a personal blog on faith in 2008. It would eventually evolve into TheGospelForOC.com. Today, Chris masquerades as a freelance writer for various local publications, works in the OC Real Estate market and serves the young adult ministry at Reverence Bible Church(Mission Viejo, CA).
